1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 365scores ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 365scores website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the 365scores platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by 365scores, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the 365scores platform, including visitors who browse the site without registering, registered members, and players who actively participate in games and betting activities.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the 365scores platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming activities.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your country of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 365scores, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 365scores platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 365scores services, you must register for an account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on the 365scores platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 365scores will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: 365scores may require you to submit Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, including a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card) and proof of address, before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary by the Platform.
• Account Ownership: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 365scores platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 365scores accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit cards issued by Philippine banks.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal Verification: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit on the same account. 365scores reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• No Third-Party Payments: Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

365scores offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 365scores reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 365scores platform operate under the following principles:

• Random Number Generation: All casino games on 365scores use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories.
• Return to Player (RTP): The theoretical RTP for each game is available within the game's information section. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during gameplay, 365scores reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.
• Sports Betting: Sports betting markets are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and event type, as published on the Platform. In cases of dispute, the Platform's decision is final.
• Disconnection Policy: If a player is disconnected during a game round, the Platform will complete the round according to the game's rules. Stakes already placed will not be refunded due to disconnection.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 365scores platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to 365scores immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 365scores staff or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 365scores platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the website and application, is the exclusive property of 365scores or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 365scores platform without prior written consent from 365scores.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365scores shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, system errors, or interruptions in service.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.

The total aggregate liability of 365scores to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

365scores is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to alert them after a specified period of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through our customer support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen notifications remind players of the time spent and amounts wagered during each session.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

365scores reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Direction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12 Amendments to These Terms

365scores reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the 365scores platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 365scores, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines and, where applicable, the dispute resolution mechanisms of PAGCOR.
