• KYC Documents: Retained for a minimum of 5 years following account closure or the completion of the transaction for which they were submitted.
• Customer Support Records: Retained for 3 years from the date of the last interaction, unless a longer retention period is required for dispute resolution or legal proceedings.
• Technical and Usage Data: Retained for up to 2 years for analytics and security purposes, after which it is anonymized or deleted.
